I've waited a long year to finally purchase my vehicle and had narrowed down my search to two vehicles, VW Tiguan being one of them. I had a few minutes free one day and went in to your dealership to see what was available and was greeted by KP Liao. KP was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my inquiries. I told him I had found what I wanted and that I'd be back in a few weeks. And I did come back this past weekend to purchased my VW Tiguan from KP. The purchase experience was very easy. I didn't have to be passed down from one person to another to complete the transaction; I went from KP to your finance person and then I was on my way home w/my VW. Not only did I have a great experience w/my purchase, but I purchased from my Pasadena VW Dealer, which is very close and convenient for me. Thank you.
