I purchased my 2010 Routan at a different dealership. When I went onto your website for a phone number I noticed a section about the worry free maintenance that was offered. I called the service department and was told that yes, my vehicle was still covered for 14 days, so I set an apt for the 30,000 mile maintenance. The service person that helped me, Dane, was great. He made sure that all my concerns that were covered under the warranty were taken care of. He also kept me updated on the status of the repairs. I had a very good experience for my first time at Volkswagen Pasadena. Thank you.

I had a major service, plus new tie rods, shocks, alignment and other small items. I live nearer to other dealerships, but much prefer VW Pasadena for the consistently high level of service. I don't have a criticism, per se, only the working man's constant hope that when service prices creep up to $1000 and beyond, that perhaps a price break could be offered. However, in between taking my car in and picking it up, I received some emailed coupons for some dollars off, and they were happy to apply them. Terrific service always. Keep the coupons coming.

Work was done while I waited at a reasonable price, and I appreciated that they washed my car as well.

Vehicle inspection was thorough and revealed problems a less thorough service appointment would not have uncovered. Service team were also able to determine the source of suspected problems and took care of the issues. Some parts took longer than expected to arrive but it did not inconvenience me.

Matthew at the service department was great. He took care of my 2013 CC, arranged a ride into old town Pasadena for me while the work was being done, and got me water. The car and dealership are top notch.
