Learn How Volkswagen Recycles EV Batteries
Volkswagen has opened its first electric vehicle battery recycling plant, using a new process that can recover up to 95 percent of the material inside a battery pack for reuse. As concerns about how electric vehicles batteries are disposed after use continue to grow, Volkswagen believes they have found a solution. After more than 10 years of research and development Volkswagen has opened it's first recycling plant in Salzgitter, Germany, designed to be more efficient than current processes. The goal of the plant is to reuse up to 95 percent of the materials in an EV battery pack for reuse.
How to ID.4 communicates with it's passengers
As modern vehicles get more advanced there aren't a lot of features that set them apart from each other. The all-new Volkswagen ID.4 uses advanced digital assistance to communicate with it's passengers. The ID. Light feature of the ID.4 uses thin line of 54 multi-colored LEDs to communicate several messages with series of colors and patterns.
