I was there for my Jetta's 20K service and another concern. My service advisor, Tom Andrews, took care of my issues and beyond. He made sure that my car was as perfect as can be when I came to pick it up.

I took my car in for an issue with the coolant. Having 46,000 miles I was concerned about cost and it being out of warranty. But Service Writer Clair came to the rescue and told me that no only did my car have a longer warranty than I thought it did (being a 2019 model); the water pump which was one of the major issues was part of a class-action and it had its own extended warranty. This type of transparency and honesty is what I love about Pasadena VW and especially Clair.

We were already pretty sure what model VW we wanted. The gentleman that helped us did't have much to do. However, he did a poor job of explaining the different features of the car which has been a problem for me since.
