    no add ons was what made me choose this dealership! Liked our sales person (online guy and in person guy) Carson and Gino. Was disappointed that VW does not include the charger cable kit with the car. They put up with me taking a long time to commit to a choice and date to make the purchase.

    I purchased my car from VW in Cerritos. I took my car to them because of a noise I was hearing. Their service department were not able to properly diagnose the problem; in fact, their service manager shared the noise was coming from my breaks. My SUV, however, didn't need breaks I was frustrated. I took the car to Pasadena and my problem was properly diagnosed and repaired. I have decided to switch my SUV as well as my wife's and son's to your dealership. I don't easily give out a rating of perfection, but your dealership deserves a standing ovation. I want to thank you for your help and professionalism.
