pretty good service even though you are under construction. It is well run and fair. prices are too high of course- the main reason people complain about service from dealers.

I was greeted with a smile on a very early cold morning. The service tech reminded me to get any personal belongings I would need for the day. I was given updates during the day and my car was washed! When I picked up my vehicle everyone was friendly. The tech reported on everything that was done to my vehicle. My car is running great!

The experience was great. Even though they are not yet in their new building, it is exciting to see the improvements are on the way. Wendy was able to help me figure out an issue that has been bugging me for some time. This was a major reason I leased a new Atlas yesterday.

I understand that a remodeling in currently in progress, but everyone at VW Pasadena was very courteous and made every effort to ensure that my visit was as pleasant as it could possibly be. The service work was done and completed in the usual timely manner, and I was on my way in a reasonable period of time. I have nothing to complain about. Great job.
