Overall good experience. The one thing that has been an on going problem has not been resolved and it was not noted on the paper work .

Hi Bruce, Thank you for taking the time and completing our survey. I believe the issue your referring to is the door lock mechanism. There is a recall campaign that will be coming out in early January that should address the issue. Volkswagen will mail out a notification when available and we can complete it at that time.
