    I bought 2 vehicles from you guys. And one of them has a problem ever since I've bought the car. I was told that I didn't have to pay for 1st time. Service end up being a whole different story had to get management involved. Did not like the customer service or what? I was told you guys say one thing, but do another. You should always always give the customer what they want. Especially if you're in the wrong need to start having better customer service and say things that they're gonna do not too happy with v.W right now.

    Hi Tina, Thank you for taking the time and completing our survey. I would like to apologize for the miscommunication when purchasing your vehicle. We do offer a free oil change when purchasing a certified used car. The 40,000 mile maintenance is more than just an oil change. It includes an engine air filter, pollen filter, tire rotation, along with a diagnosis of the vehicle. With that being said I do see we did cover the cost of the service for you on this visit.     Brought the car in 3 times because the brakes are making awful noises throughout the day. And they keep telling me it’s normal and nothing is wrong with the car. There’s also a squeaky noise coming from the bottom

    The first person at the dealership did not greet us and was rather rude. The actually service was fine except for the fact that our washer fluid was not topped up. The following week we got an alert from the car about it. Claire, the VW rep, was very friendly and accommodating and we liked communicating with her.
