    I recently had my car in for the 70K service. At that time the technician said the battery was fine, no problems. A month later the battery is dead and I need a new one. How can the life of a battery change that quickly? I'm wondering if the technician checked the battery at all.

    Hi John, Thank you for taking the time and completing our survey. I apologize for the inconvenience of having to return to replace your battery. I was able to pull up your service visit at the 70,000 mile marker and I did see a battery test slip stating the battery was still good. We do see batteries fail sometimes rather quickly and when we test they give us a pass or fail. Please let me us know if you have any questions or concerns.
