Such a good, quick, easy experience! Felt really taken care of by Ron, and the gentleman who cleaned my car at the end got off what I thought was a long scratch but turned out to be surface. Car came back as good as new!

Ron Hancock is the best service! He is always friendly, listens carefully to understand the issue, gives me frequent updates once my car is in service, and always lets me know the cost before work is done!

Kingsun Chueng is the best!! Always makes my visits to the service department worthwhile. My ID4 first generation has had a great deal of recalls so service appointmenst have been a big part of my ownership experience. Kingsun has made sure that my car is still running! I am so grateful for the help!

This rating is not so much on the service, but more so about my disappointment in the Atlas itself. On this visit I went in for an oil/filter change and was made aware of several other issues.
