It was bad enough that the car broke down right after I bought it, but I had to take it in, fix it, and tow it back. If it was a Benz or BMW, I would have used a delivery service.

I looked into your invoice and it looks like the coolant leak was from a faulty coolant regulating valve. I do see we were able to provide you with a loaner for the day while your car was being repaired.
