Intake was easy--Wendy Duong was professional and pleasant. Car was ready within the timeframe she promised. Waiting area wasn't great, but that gets a pass during the showroom remodel. :) Overall, a positive experience.

The tires are not rotated on the ID4 because the vehicle has a staggered size and the rear tires are larger that the front ones.
