    Problem was not solved, this is the third time we are bringing the vehicle in for the same noise complaint.

    No more regular car wash?

We still do offer car washes but we recently underwent a renovation project to our wash area and car washes were down for about 2 weeks.     I brought in my car for an oil change, but also ended up doing the 40k miles service AND replacing brakes. While this was way more than I was planning to spend, Wendy helped give me information and answered all my questions. She was so nice and also sympathetic to the fact that I ended up getting more work done than anticipated. I’ve worked with her before and always have such a pleasant experience. Her customer service skills are exceptional! She always keeps me updated in my car’s progress and never makes me feel pressured to get additional work done. I appreciate the transparency. The mechanics that I came across when picking up my car were also very sweet and professional.

    This rating is based on customer service provided by Wendy Duong. She was direct to the point and advised me on what needs to be done "today" and what could wait. She was also patient with me explaining me something twice or three times until I understood. Also, I never felt pressured to do services for something that I have never heard of.

    Ron was great. He took care of the best he could. However the technicians couldn’t find out what the problem was. I took it in 3 times within an 2 month period but all they could tell me was that it was misfiring.
