I have had problems with my starter , but no one bothered to check. I was told it was my battery, and now I have to pay $1300 to get it replaced. I wished I would have known about it when my car was under warranty, which is when the problem started. Thanks

My ID4 has been plagued with issues since we bought it. Now theres an issue with gps placing the car in random inaccurate locations and we are unable to start remote climate control. I've brought the car in multiple times for this issue but can only spare the car for a day at a time. VW allegedly wont respond to a request to fix the issue unless I leave my car for an indeterminate extended period of time and the service advisor is indicating that I cannot get a loaner car. Reddit indicates that the issue with the GPS is a common issue that can be resolved by replacing a faulty module (ICAS3) so I would have thought that VW would have addressed it by now.

I made a decision to purchase VW over other brand names due to curiosity and the price for value considering the current market-economic situation (U.S. tarrifs on import vehicles). I only chose V.W. Pasadena because its been in business for a long time... at the same location...which is a major factor in my decision. I want to do business with a local, stable, and long-standing community partner that will be available for any service I require. Its also close to where I reside in Eagle Rock. Although I walked away placing a larger deposit than expected (due to unsuspecting lack of credit history even if I have been paying bills for some time), the overall experience was straightforward and progressed as can be expected. Overall, I was in/out in a few hours after arrival and warmly greeted by Midori. Many thanks to Midori, John, and Dominic for making the experience a painless process. So far, I am satisfied with the Taos' offerings and performance at the price point.
